Karen Boyd is an exceptional realtor. In selling our home, we presented her with a multitude of challenges not limited to living outside the state, clean up maintenance/repair issues, changing market conditions on top of the usual real estate transaction requirements needed to sell the house. She did it all-FAST. At one point, she held steadfast during an unexpected pop-up in the end sale process. Quite simply, she got the house sold-and it was not simple.
