I had both purchased and sold a home in PA and both my agents are still friends to date so the bar was high. Although my grandmother recommended a few agents that were all great, I just didn’t feel I clicked with any of them. I reached out to the mortgage broker I was working with (who is also incredible for the record - they are a dream team!) and he recommended Angel. When we first spoke I was completely at ease. She asked the right questions and ones that got her the information she needed without overwhelming me. She offered to show me a house I was interested in and “try her out” before signing a contract with her. I was ready to sign after our first round of showings. She was so knowledgeable and honest and not at all pushy. I went through 4 contracts in this crazy market before getting my absolute dream home. Each time she advised me of my options and always gave me suggestions but said everything was ultimately my call. I was very eager about the final house, but she put together a strategy and even advised me of what she felt would close the deal and where she felt was not worth it. She created great relationships with each selling agent we encountered and ultimately she’s the reason I’m in my dream house today. She was responsive throughout the process, even after I settled. I don’t plan on moving but if I ever do she will be the first agent I call. My parents are already planning to use her when they sell their house. If you want someone dependable, savvy, knowledgeable and empathetic, she is without a doubt whom you should go with! I am forever grateful for her and her team!

Angel was our realtor starting just before Covid hit and she helped my wife and I navigate some difficult set-backs while our new home was being built. She stayed in contact frequently until we were able to put our existing house on the market and gave us neighborhood and market updates/forecasts. She's very polite but also very direct in giving information. We thought this was a huge benefit while the housing market went through drastic fluctuations. In the end, we were able to sell our home for 30 percent more than we initially thought we'd get. This is related to the current housing boom sure, but I also give Angel a lot of credit for her quick actions, personal contacts, and also the great job she did helping us present and show our home. I would very highly recommend her to anyone that's looking to sell a house, but I'm sure she's just as good if you're looking to buy one.
