We had no issues purchasing our new home located in Glen Allen Va. We are working thru issues with new refrigerator not making ice and now a new dryer tripping the breaker. The under ground Comcast cable was damaged took a week got the to get replaced. Seems like we are always run into issues, not with Long & Foster
