Having to relocate from Texas for work during a pandemic was very challenging but Kim made the hunt and purchasing of our new home quite soothing. Answers all of our questions, explained every step, even virtually held our hands when things began the roller coaster of emotions of buying a home we literally saw in person the day before we closed, she was there thru it all from day one.
