Background
In 2018, Kelly Ryan joined her family business, and one of her responsibilities was to audit existing processes, by identifying those that were creating results, and which ones needed to be canceled.
This included understanding why none of their clients were leaving testimonials even though agents were closing deals left and right. The more troubling part was they had another company setup to collect testimonials, however they weren't seeing any results, it wasn't a streamlined process, and they weren't getting the value they expected.
