Ryo Zsun’s Zappos journey started as a barista in Zappos' in-house coffee shop, affectionately called the Z-café. From there he continued onto the Customer Loyalty Team wowing customers one phone call at a time. Today, Ryo is a Zappos tour guide and spreads his knowledge about the Zappos culture with visitors from all around the world.‍

Angela was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. She studied graphic design in college. She and husband Austin moved to San Fran when Austin's tech start up company Dotloop was acquired by Zillow Group. The couple quickly fell in love with the area and the wine culture. Traveling back and forth between the midwest and west coast they noticed a vast difference in the way people drink and purchase wine.
